High-reliability tracking that thrives in the extreme heat and sand of the Emirates.
View Detail →The United Arab Emirates, particularly regions like Abu Dhabi and Dubai, possesses some of the highest Direct Normal Irradiance (DNI) levels globally. As the nation moves toward the UAE Energy Strategy 2050, aiming for a 50% clean energy mix, the focus has shifted from mere PV installation to Yield Optimization.
Unlike fixed-tilt systems, our Dual Axis Solar Trackers utilize advanced GPS-based astronomical algorithms to ensure panels are always perpendicular to the sun's rays. In the UAE's specific geographic context, this results in an information gain of energy production that exceeds 35% compared to static mounts, especially during the long summer days when energy demand for cooling peaks.
Shandong Zhaori New Energy Tech. Co., Ltd. is a high-tech and new energy company based on independent intellectual property rights. Founded in June 2012, our team focuses on photovoltaic power stations and solar tracking technology for more than 10 years.
Our factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters, featuring advanced CNC machine tools, laser cutting machines, automatic welding robots, and plasma machines. With a production capacity of 500MW per month, we are uniquely positioned to serve the rapid infrastructure growth of the UAE.

Our vertical integration allows us to transform raw steel into finished, galvanized tracking structures in a fraction of the time required by regional competitors. This ensures project timelines in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are met without delay.
By leveraging China's mature solar supply chain, we offer dual-axis technology at a Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) that rivals single-axis systems elsewhere, providing a superior internal rate of return (IRR).
Our products have obtained patents from the Europe Patent Office, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and India. We bring global innovation to the local UAE soil.
Deployment of dual-axis trackers in high-wind desert corridors, showcasing superior structural integrity.
Maximizing limited space for a manufacturing plant in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
5MW Dual-axis installation providing clean energy for sustainable urban development.
Our systems are equipped with high-precision wind and dust sensors. During a sandstorm, the trackers automatically move to a "stow" position (typically vertical or a specific safety angle) to minimize the surface area exposed to high-velocity sand and reduce accumulation on the panel surface.
Due to our "More Simple, More Reliable" principle, the mechanical wear is minimized. We recommend a basic inspection every 6 months, focusing on clearing sand from the drive mechanism and checking sensor calibration. The self-lubricating bearings we use are designed for 25-year lifespans in desert conditions.
While single-axis is popular, the high DNI and low latitude of the UAE mean that seasonal sun height variations are significant. Dual-axis tracking captures this "lost" energy, providing an additional 10-15% gain over single-axis, which often makes the difference in reaching high PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) targets.
Absolutely. Our structures are designed to minimize rear-side shading. When combined with the high-albedo (reflectivity) of the UAE's light-colored desert sands, the energy gain from the rear of the panel is maximized, further lowering the LCOE.
